At Gantos Dental Group in Naperville, we use OralDNA® Labs testing when it may help us better understand periodontal risk, identify selected oral pathogens, or monitor response to treatment.
OralDNA® testing uses a simple, non-invasive oral-rinse collection. Depending on the test ordered, results may provide information that helps guide periodontal treatment, evaluate certain genetic inflammatory markers, or identify high-risk HPV types associated with oral cancer risk.
