PrepStart™ Air Abrasion

Air abrasion is a drill-less technique that can used to treat early, small areas of tooth decay and to perform a variety of other procedures. The device uses a stream of small aluminum oxide particles to conservatively remove tooth structure with minimal discomfort. 

Air abrasion is idea for use in children and other who are fearful and have minimal decay. It can be used to remove old filings, prepare tooth surfaces for bonding or sealants, and remove superficial stains and tooth discolorations.
